Server Opportunties

The Liturgy Committee is advisory to the Rector in matters of liturgy and worship.  It coordinates the activities and schedules of the acolytes, lectors, lay eucharistic ministers, liturgical music, hymns, altar guild, etc.

Members: Susan Leonard, Chair; Joan Jacobowsky, Vestry Liaison; Joce Holthouser, Altar Guild; Carolyn Myracle, Becky Sigrist

Areas of Opportunity – training provided!

Altar Guild – set the Altar for worship and take down afterwards

Acolytes, Lay Eucharistic Ministers (LEMS), Greeters & Ushers – join the team that facilitates Sunday worship.

Lectors – do you have a good reading voice? Join the team that reads the Scripture lessons and Psalms during the services

Healing – work in pairs on the 1st Sunday of each month to provide hands on prayer.

Labyrinth Facilitators – work in teams of two on the 2nd Sunday of each month from 1:30 – 4:30 pm.

Bread Makers – provide communion bread for worship and in reserve. Bake at home and bring to church on a rotating schedule.
