Buildings and Grounds

The Building & Grounds Committee stewards, monitors and oversees the upkeep and preservation of parish properties. The committee marshals the resources to ensure this purpose.

Areas of Opportunity

• Mowing the lawn – weekly during season
• Washing windows – as needed
• Yard work--planting and weeding weekly during season
• Painting inside and out – as scheduled
• Cleaning gutters – every six months
• Remodeling projects – as scheduled usually on weekends
• Repair, patch and seal parking lot holes
• LAY WEEDER: Weeding and brush trimming
